Aphids are probably the most unpleasant and resistant pest that affects our plants. We try to fight them and at some point they disappear, and after a week or two they reappear and sit quietly on the leaves of roses and shrubs.
But I found the perfect weapon against them.
To combat aphids you will need:
- a 2 liter spray bottle
- a syringe
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 vial of iodine
1.Charge the syringe with half of the iodine vial and pour it into 100 ml of milk, and then stir. The milk will get a beautiful yellowish tint.
2. Pour the iodized milk into the sprayer in which you already put 1 liter of water.
3. Shake well, and then spray over the rose and the plants affected by the aphids.
This remedy not only fights aphids, but also has preventative action against fungal diseases (phytophthora, powdery mildew).
